Holiday @ Cameron Highland, June 2009

Last school break, we chose Cameron Highland as our holiday destination for third time in two years. We spent 3 days 2 nights at Equatorial hotel, the highest point hotel in Cameron Highland (not sure how true this is). The hotel apartment was simply beautiful and the view from the hotel was magnificent and splendid. We enjoyed unlimited 'teh tarik' at the hotel lobby which was very aromatic and umphh!!! Since it was our third trip to Cameron highland, we decided to go to place we have not yet visited. BOH Tea plantation at Sg Palas was our destination. The journey was somewhat challenging and it does testing your driving skill as well as your patience. The road is narrow and winding. We need to give a honk while negotiating a corner to let oncoming traffic know there is a car coming. Honking was somewhat fun after a while. The extraordinary 2km drive paid off at the end. The view of green hills, with the neat regular rows of tea plants, is truely breathtaking & refreshing. I wish i had zillions of lenses with me as the scenery was not something to be missed by any avid photographer. So, here are few pictures i would like to share with all of u...till my next visit to cameron highland

BOH Tea Centre, Here we can visit BOH Tea Museum which we can learn how tea was discovered and developed in Cameron Highland.

Gerhana Bulan Penumbra - Penumbra Moon Eclipse

Seperti yang dilaporkan di akhbar baru-baru ni, gerhana bulan penumbra berlaku pada 9 Februari 2009 bermula pukul 8.39 malam dan gerhana penuh lebih kurang pada 10.30 malam. Walau bagaimanapun, setelah sabar menunggu nampaknya gerhana tersebut gagal dikesan dengan mata kasar ataupun menggunakan lens telephoto.
Cuma yang dapat diperhatikan adalah imej bulan penuh sahaja. 
As reported in the news lately, Penumbra Moon Eclipse occured on 9th of Feb 2009. The eclipse started at 8.39 pm and came to its completion at 10.30 pm. However,, the effort to capture the moment was failed due to the invisibility of the eclipse (both via naked eyes and lense telephoto.
Nevertheless, here is the full image of the moon that particular night.
